DATA BASE TUTORIAL

 

1. Enter LABORMEX web site by typing in your internet explorer  www.labormex.com.

2. The following screen should appear :



 

 

 

 

3. Look at the right corner of the page and click LOGIN.

 
 


4. Click LOGIN AS A CUSTOMER.


 


5. LABORMEX should give your login and password before you can LOGIN.


 


6. Log  in with your LOGIN and PASSWORD.


 


7. Now you had access to your control panel. Here you will find all the relevant information about your company.

 


 


BASIC TOOLS DESCRIPTION

A. STAGE OF PROCESS : Every company initiate with a pre-screening process after that the company should pass through four stages that will lead to the end of the process

1.      Inputting/opening case.

2.      State DOL level.

3.      Regional DOL level.

4.      Immigration services.

B. KEY DATES: Here you will find all the key dates and important events concerning the process.
 Customers should view this page   constantly to be aware of the top dates and important events. To access this panel click
 VIEW KEY DATES.
 


 

C. FORMS : The system will automatically generate some forms (750A, I129, I-907). The state require them for visa emission. You can find them in this section but first you should update your company profile.

1. Choose the form you want to to view or print

PRINTING FORMS

1. After you had choose the form you want to print, in your internet explorer in file click print preview.

2. Please review everything to make sure is okay. Specially if the form fit page width and height. If not, go to page settings or setup and in the margins section type 0 in top and bottom margins.

3. Click PRINT.
 

D. FAXES AND DOCUMENTS: LABORMEX will require some documents that should be uploaded with this tool.  In this section company can also view posted documents, just click view documents.

  •  With this tool customer is allowed to upload files from Microsoft Word, Excel and Acrobat Reader.

     1. Choose a file name and his extension (Word files: .doc  Excel files: .xls Acrobat: .pdf). 
          This field must be provided.

     2. Click search and browse document in your pc.
     


     

    3. Click UPLOAD  file. A confirmation message will appear, you can only click accept if you provide a file name, if not, the system will not upload the file.

    4. Click
    VIEW FILES if you want to view the updated file.


E. COMPANY INFORMATION: This section will provide the information required for the process. Each company should update this information in order
that the system can generate correctly forms 750A, I129, I-907. 

1.   Click EDIT PROFILE.

3. Update infomation. * Federal employer id must be provided in order to update correctly your profile. 

4. Click SAVE.
 

F. LOGOUT SESSION: every time you want to sign out of the system you should click this button.
