LABORTRACK®: Once you have agreed to use our services, Labormex ® will create an online profile for your company and give you a customer login, allowing you to view all of your information, forms and case status. The information will be updated daily so that you may see where you are in the process at all times! Even though our case managers will always contact you to give you case updates, this system allows you to keep track of the process at your own pace and lets you keep records of the entire case. ·LABORTRACK® lets you know the exact status of your case, keeping you on track and informed all the way through the approval and recruiting until workers arrive at your doorstep. ·This allows you to actively track your application by telling you exactly where we will need your involvement. ·LABORTRACK® will also give you access to our worker profiles and information, so that you may browse through different applications and ultimately chose your workers. LABORTRACK® DEMO (click here) TRAINING & ORIENTATION SERVICES: In addition to our mandatory employee information sessions, Labormex offers optional onsite orientations, trainings and language translation for those companies needing the extra support. Most of Labomex’s account managers are certified Spanish translators and have experience creating productive training programs. They can be held in Mexico, prior to their US departure or can be held at company sight. Our translators can assist your company with orientations, meetings, training sessions, and translate any company literature or publication such as, safety or company policies and regulations. INTERVIEWS: At Labormex we allow companies to actively interview applicants if desired. If choosing your workers from our large database is not sufficient, employers can use our offices in Mexico to personally conduct interviews. PRE-SCREENING: Labormex conducts criminal background checks and psychological evaluations for all applicants. We can also do drug tests and medical tests for your workers for insurance purposes for a low fee. |
